What If My Toilet Is Different?

Some setups require more labour or materials, depending on the design:
- Vanity cabinets that need removal
- Shower screens or glass partitions

These features often involve dismantling, additional plumbing or haulage of bulky items. Once we review your photos, our specialist will let you know the exact cost before any work begins.
Why Some Toilets May Need a Small Top-Up
Our package pricing is based on a standard toilet setup. When there are additional fittings or adjustments needed, a small top-up may apply to cover:
- Removal of vanity cabinets, storage heaters or glass screens
- Additional plumbing work
- Extra material handling or haulage
You will always get a clear and detailed quotation before we begin any works so you know exactly what to expect.
Plumbing: Concealed vs Exposed Pipes
Plumbing layouts vary depending on the flat type.
- BTO flats usually come with concealed piping, where your plumber can connect directly to your new bathroom fittings.
- Older flats may have exposed piping.
If your toilet has exposed water pipes, your plumber will need to install new piping after the wall tiling is completed.
We will assess your current layout and advise accordingly before we begin work.

Is plumbing included in the renovation package?
We specialize only in tiling to guarantee you the best workmanship. For minor or individual works such as plumbing or electrical, you may engage your own contractor. Alternatively, we can recommend few direct contractors for you to compare the prices.
Will you remove my old toilet bowl and sink?
Yes, removal of existing standard toilet bowl and wall-hung sink is included. If there are additional items like vanity cabinets or extra fixtures, we’ll let you know if haulage or extra work is needed.
Do I need to decide right away after getting the quote?
No pressure. Once we review your photos and send you the quote, it’s completely up to you to proceed. We keep it clear and transparent from the start.
